About
A turnkey casino advisory — not a directory.
Turnkey is more complex than white label. Platform selection, jurisdiction strategy, and contract review are where inexperienced operators most commonly make expensive mistakes. This is the layer that prevents that.
What we do that going direct doesn't
First-time turnkey operators who approach platforms directly typically fall into one of three failure patterns: they pick the wrong licensing jurisdiction for their target markets, they overpay on platform setup because they don't know the market range, or they sign contracts with poor exit terms and player-data clauses. All three are silent failures — you don't see the cost until 12+ months in.

- • Platform partner selection against your product scope
- • Contract review — setup fees, revenue share, notice, exit
- • PSP redundancy planning
- • Roadmap fit — will this platform grow with you?
- • Exit and player-data portability terms
Confidentiality
Your inquiry stays with us. We don't sell leads, we don't list inquiries on a marketplace, and we don't shop your project to multiple vendors hoping one bites. When we make an introduction, it's a single warm intro to a partner we believe fits — not a broadcast.
That model is slower and more selective on purpose. It's also the only way the matching is worth anything.
How we make money
Platform partners pay us an introduction fee when a match leads to a contract. We don't charge the operator — there's no consultation invoice, no advisory retainer for the kind of work described on this site.
We're transparent about this because it shapes the incentive: we only get paid when the match is useful to both sides. A bad match — one where the operator churns or the deal collapses in the first year — is bad for everyone, including us. That's the economic reason our matching is selective rather than volume-driven.
