Process
How turnkey casino platform matching works.
No public price list. No auction of your inquiry. One private match, made carefully — plus honest guidance on licensing before you commit.
- 01
Submit your consultation request
We assess your target markets, capital range, timeline, and whether you already hold — or are pursuing — a gambling license. It takes under two minutes and it lets us make the discovery call useful.
We screen here so the call isn't a generic sales pitch.
- 02
Discovery call (30 minutes)
We identify the right licensing jurisdiction for your GEOs, your budget band, and the platform features you actually need — game aggregation depth, PSP flexibility, roadmap, exit terms. If turnkey isn't the right model for you, we say so on this call.
Turnkey is not for everyone. If white label or a custom build is the honest answer, we'll tell you.
- 03
Private introduction to a vetted platform partner
One introduction to a partner suited to your jurisdiction strategy and product scope. If you don't yet hold a license, we point you at a licensing specialist matched to your target markets and walk you through the application steps you should expect.
We don't publish a partner list. The match is the value.
- 04
Direct contracting and launch
You contract directly with the platform provider and proceed with the licensing process. We stay available through onboarding to flag contract terms worth pushing back on and to keep technical milestones from slipping.
The commercial relationship is yours. We stay in the room during onboarding, not in the contract.
An honest note. Turnkey launches are more complex than white label and require more involvement from you as the operator — particularly around licensing, payments, and compliance. We'll tell you exactly what's involved on the discovery call before you commit anything.
Why there's no public price list
Turnkey casino costs vary hugely by target market, licensing jurisdiction, payment scope, and platform customisation. A site that quotes "turnkey casinos from $X" is either misleading you or quoting a stripped-down setup that won't survive contact with your real launch requirements.
We give real numbers after we understand your situation. See the turnkey cost and timeline ranges for a component-level view.
Why there's no public partner list
The right platform depends on your license target, your target GEOs, and whether you're running fiat, crypto, or both. A partner strong for a Curaçao-licensed crypto-first operator is rarely the right partner for an MGA-licensed EU brand.
A public list invites operators to self-match, badly. We'd rather do the matching once, properly.
Ready to talk through your launch?
A 30-minute discovery call clarifies your model, your jurisdiction options, and whether white label is actually the right fit for your situation.
