For affiliates & existing operators
Own the license. Own the players. Own the margin.
If you already send traffic to someone else's brand — as an affiliate, or as a white label operator — the next question is whether it's worth owning the whole margin stack, not just collecting a slice.
The economic ladder
- Pure affiliate / RevShareYou keep 25–50% of NGR from the players you refer, forever. The operator earns the rest.
- White labelYou keep 60–85% of NGR after platform revenue share, and you own the brand. You don't own the license, PSP relationships, or (usually) the raw player database.
- TurnkeyYou keep 95–100% of NGR after a flat platform fee. You own the license, the players, the payments, and the brand — the whole stack.
What actually changes when you make the jump
Going from affiliate — or from white label — to turnkey is not a scaling exercise. It's a different job.
- Compliance — you own it. AML, KYC, responsible gambling — no more provider umbrella.
- Payments — you sign PSP contracts directly, manage chargebacks, handle PSP relationships. Often the biggest surprise.
- Support — your brand is on the emails and the live chat.
- Player data — you now hold it. Asset and GDPR obligation both.
- Team — expect a small ops team. Outsourceable, not skippable.
When it's worth graduating
The margin math flips in your favour when the revenue share you're giving up under RevShare or white label becomes a real number in absolute terms. A rough rule: if 25% of your monthly NGR is a number that would materially fund a small ops team, you're close.
- ▸You have proven, stable traffic
- ▸You know your player LTV under someone else's brand
- ▸You can raise €100K+ in first-year capital
- ▸You have (or can hire) operational bandwidth
When it isn't
If your traffic is thin, seasonal, or you haven't validated player LTV, turnkey isn't the unlock — you'll amplify existing weaknesses under a much heavier operating model. In that case a white label brand is still the right next step, and we can route you toward that too.
